Downloading an ISO image using zsync
If you already have an old version of the ISO image on your disk (version X) and you want to download the latest beta (version Y), you can use zsync to save bandwidth. It will only download the modifications so it can be a lot faster. This program also runs checksum so you are sure the download file won't have any error. Don't forget to install zsync on your computer first if necessary.
zsync -i ~/systemrescuecd-x86-X.iso http://beta.sysresccd.org/systemrescuecd-x86-Y.iso.zsync
